Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the client:

  • Bookings cancelled 4 weeks or more before an event will be refunded, less an administration charge of 10% of payment.
  • Bookings cancelled 2 to 4 weeks before an event will be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of fees paid – depending on the event.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before an event will be charged at 100% of fees paid.
  • Substitution: unless advised otherwise, you may send a substitute delegate to attend in your place at no additional cost and provided that you advise Hulse Rodger & Co of the name of the substitute delegate.

Cancellation by the company

In the event of cancellation by the company – a full refund of all payments will be made to the client. The maximum limit of liability by Hulse Rodger & Co will be the sums paid to the company by the client. The company will not be responsible for any consequential losses suffered by the client as a result of the cancellation.
