Rodger & Co is registered with the Information Commissioner (UK) and
complies with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
- Hulse
Rodger & Co requires various details from clients to process bookings
for events. It is important that
the client supplies the details requested so that we can process the
bookings efficiently.
- Hulse
Rodger & Co treats all the client’s contact and other information in
confidence.
- Hulse
Rodger & Co does not disclose client contact information to third
parties or use them except in connection with processing the clients
bookings and in the management of the event the client is attending.
- The
client’s credit card details are not stored or retained on the company’s
server, nor on any company equipment.
Hulse Rodger & Co uses a secure encryption method of payment
provided by Protx and recommended by the Bank of Scotland.
- These
policies exclude any disclosure that the company is required to make for
legal reasons.
Hulse
Rodger & Co reserves the right to refuse any bookings made through the
online system without providing a reason – and in this case will notify the
client and will refund any payment made.
